Refund Policy
The launch refund policy is intentionally simple while Pro beta is being hardened.
14-day launch refund window
Launch purchases include a 14-day refund window. If the Pro add-on does not fit your workflow, contact Tech My Money from the purchase email within 14 days.
What happens after a refund
Refunded or disabled licenses immediately stop private package downloads, updater access, and new site activations. Installed Pro code may remain on the customer site, but licensed services stop.
Abuse prevention
Refunds may be denied for abuse, chargeback fraud, or attempts to use a single license beyond the purchased site limit.
